Workshop T's and C's

Before booking onto any of our workshops please take a few moments to read through these notes

 By booking onto one of our workshops, you will be agreeing to these terms and conditions:

BOOKINGS

• You may express an interest in a class and reserve a space, but your space will not be confirmed until Full Payment of the class fee is received.
• Payment details will be sent to you once we have checked that sufficient space is available on the class.
• Should your place be reserved and not paid in full and a paying pupil expresses an interest in booking, you will be given 24 hours to pay your fee before the interested pupil is booked into your place.
• If a class is full you can be added to a waiting list without payment of a fee, but will be asked to pay your fee in full as soon as a place becomes available should you choose to accept it. 

USING YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT 

• All machinery and equipment is provided for classes unless otherwise stated.
• Should you wish to use your own equipment, please ensure it is fully operational before the class and that you are in receipt of the instruction manual.
• Refunds are not available if you are unable to take part due to non-operational equipment that you have supplied.

 CANCELLATIONS

• Pre payment of tuition fees is required in full to reserve your place
• If a class is cancelled by the pupil up to 14 working days before the class a full refund of fees is available.
• If a class is cancelled by the pupil within 14 working days of the class a £15 administration fee will be retained by Created By Hand.
• If a class is cancelled by the pupil within 48 hours of the class no refunds will be offered.
• Should CBH need to cancel the class due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances then you will be offered the chance to re-schedule or receive a full refund.

PARKING

• Parking is available free of charge in the visitors car park. Parking in the courtyard directly in front of the shop is strictly reserved for blue badge holders only.

SNOW & SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

• Strelley Hall is situated at the top end of Strelley Village and as such may be affected by snow or severe weather conditions which may cause the Hall to close.
• Should this happen then we shall make all efforts to notify you 24hrs before the day via text, email or phone call.
• Should you arrive at Created By Hand and find nobody there, please bear with us as we too may be taking it easy on the roads to get there safely.
• Should we need to cancel a class as we are unable to get to Strelley Hall then you will be offered an alternative date to take part in your class at a later date or a full refund.

GDPR

• In order to contact you with updates on the class you are booked onto you will be required to provide us with at least one of the following...
• Email
• Telephone number (mobile preferably)
• This information will be stored securely electronically, and will be processed and used for the purpose of establishing contact. You can revoke your consent for us to do this at any time by letting us know in writing or via email.
