Not At All Jack
Not at all jack is a wife and husband team that designs and sells quirky greetings cards (featuring a disproportionate amount of cats) and contemporary scene prints.
It began many years ago following a bet where husband (Mark) decided to try to design and sell more Christmas cards than wife (Beks). This as you can see is not a typical family dynamic and a rather strange competition...suffice to say that Mark did not out sell Beks, but as a consequence of this Not at all jack was born.
Nowadays Beks looks after all the business side of things including visiting all our stockists (which handily for her usually also sell cake) and Mark continues to draw and think up quirky messages for greetings cards.
Their portfolio has now also expanded to include a range of inspiring giclee prints
The Seed Card Company
The Seed Card Company was founded by three individuals who share a love for print and wanting to play their part in creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment for us and future generations.
Every aspect of the company has been thought over to make sure they reach theirr sustainability goals, and with every stationery item sold, you are helping them achieve these, so they thank you in advance!
Let’s be honest. Over the years what us humans have done to the planet hasn’t been great. So, The team decided to make some changes to play a part. Seed Card Company cards are made entirely from post-consumer upcycled paper waste, meaning no trees are harmed in their manufacturing process. They are recyclable, biodegradable and embedded with wildflower seeds.
Their print methods also tick the green boxes too by using vegan-friendly inks and state of the art laser cutting technology for a no ink option (and obviously lasers are fun, pew pew!). Their printers do not use ink cartridges and their packaging will never contain any plastic to maintain an ethos of being a plastic free company. And with a committment to being a zero-waste company any off-cuts from card sheets (no matter how small) are re-used as another piece of stationery, donated to schools, or planted.
Ruth Jackson Cards
Ruth's designs began life as drawings and paintings inspired by seaside life in my hometown of Poole in Dorset. With a background in advertising and later as a jeweller.
The idea for my Pencil Shavings Cards came from her 8 year old son’s pencil case. It was the night before a new term of school and there were an awful lot of blunt pencils to sharpen. Half an hour later the kitchen table was a sea of colourful and rather beautiful pencil shavings. In a moment of inspiration, scissors and glue in hand, the first Pencil Shaving Card was born. And so the range was created.
